We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Field Collection Agents to join our growing team at Nezda Technologies, Inc.' in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, this position is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct house-to-house and/or office visits to borrowers with delinquent, overdue, or previously non-contacted accounts within assigned areas.
• Properly always identify oneself by presenting a valid company ID prior to any engagement with the borrower or third party.
