Field Collection Executive (Haryana)

Job Role: Field Collection Executive Key Responsibilities Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments Ensure timely and accurate cash / digital collections Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the supervisor Build and maintain good customer relationships Adhere to company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices Coordinate with the internal team for dispute resolution and updates Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in a field collection role Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred Should have own 2 wheeler & valid DL Ability to work in the field and meet daily targets Compensation & Benefits Salary: 13,000 NTH TA: 4,000 Statutory Benefits: PF + ESIC Additional incentives as per performance (if applicable) Education Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Requirements Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in a field coll...
