Job Description
Responsibly collect payment and issue official receipt to the customer.
Win back customers and encourage them to pay their arrears with Converge.
Assist in informing customers who are near ADS.
Encourage PDS customers to re-apply for Converge.
Pull out modem and router of disconnected subscriber's lines.
Ensure compliance with Supply Chain department for all inventory and logistics-related activities.
Ensure compliance with Admin and Finance department for all customer financial transactions.
Support Sales and Marketing department for any sales and marketing-related field activities.
Support Business Center and Customer Service departments for customer-related concerns.
