Field Collections Officer

The Field Collection Officer leads field collection efforts, handling escalated cases and ensuring the effective execution of in-person borrower engagements. This role involves coordinating case filing, overseeing case progress, attending court hearings, and mentoring junior field collectors.

• Conduct field visits to deliver endorsed demand letters and perform skip tracing.
• Lead face-to-face collection efforts, handling complex borrower negotiations.
• Oversee and manage case filing processes for overdue accounts.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates on legal proceedings.
• Represent the company in court hearings and coordinate with legal teams.
• Maintain detailed reports on field activities and case statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve collection-related challenges.
