Field Collections Supervisor

About The Job
Field Supervisor supervises internal field officers to achieve the company's target for recoveries .

What You'll Do:

• Conducts Effective Monitoring of Field officer Collection Activity to ensure that daily goals are being delivered
• Monitor, Collate and report the Daily Collections output of the team.
• Conduct s area visit, FO evaluation, Documented Observation, Coaching and Feedback
• Implement and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed
• Conducts investigation, evidence gathering for fraud incident both internal and external
• Conducts daily team huddle to discuss team performance , meetings and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed
• Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training
• Cascade communication, code reds and facilitate MUF update, phone configuration
