Field Collector

Key Responsibilities

• Payment & Asset Recovery: Visiting customers to collect overdue payments and, in some cases, repossessing equipment (e.g., routers, cable boxes) or vehicles.
• Negotiation: Negotiating payment plans and explaining the consequences of late payments to debtors.
• Documentation: Issuing official receipts, preparing demand letters, and securing Promise to Pay or voluntary surrender documents.
• Reporting: Maintaining daily logs of visits, updating customer information, and reporting on collection status to supervisors.
• Field Investigations: Conducting skip tracing to locate customers who have moved or are difficult to contact.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: At least a High School diploma or vocational course; some employers may require a bachelor's degree.
• License & Transportation: Valid driver's license (often for a motorcycle) and a reliable, often personally-owned, vehicle. ...
