Field Collector

Palmpay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria and expanding to other markets in Uganda.

We are reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.

We are seeking for a proactive and results-driven Field Collector will be responsible for collecting payments, conducting field visits and managing customer accounts, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Collection Activities: Performs collection activities primarily through field visits to customers' locations, ensuring timely payment of overdue accounts.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to explain delinquencies, negotiate payment plans and resolve any issues related to their accounts.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, payments received and any agreements made with customers.
