Job Responsibilities

• Visit clients to collect payments and settle accounts.
• Issue official receipts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the billing and collection team regarding collections and account status.
• Maintain professionalism and build good client relationships.
• Ensure timely and efficient collection of dues from private school clients.

Qualifications

• At least college level.
• With experience in collections or fieldwork is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
