Field Collector

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers to collect payments and/or deliver notices
• Verify customer account details and update records accurately
• Issue official receipts for all collections
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines
• Submit daily collection and activity reports
• Safeguard all collected funds and documents
• Coordinate with the billing or accounts team on disputed accounts
• Meet assigned collection targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or college level
• With experience in field collection, sales, or related role (preferred)
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork
• Familiar with assigned areas and routes
• With valid driver's license and has a motorcycle
