The Field Competence Development Manager based out of our Dubai UAE office will lead frontline field and safety competence development through data business KPIs and insights. The manager partners with FL (frontline) a global network of L&D field trainers and delivery and maintenance operations business stakeholders to ensure training impact and relevance. The manager is also responsible for FL Training Center operations.
