Field Compliance Staff

The Field Compliance Staff is responsible for performing inventory counts and reconciling stock to ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales documents. This role includes conducting on-site verifications, spot audits, and compliance checks to maintain adherence to company policies and prevent discrepancies or fraudulent activities.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at least a college level or graduate of business or vocational course/certification
• At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field is required
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel to various locations to validate shortages and retrieve documents as needed
• Must know how to drive at least a 2-wheel vehicle
• Must possess a Driver's License
