Field Conductor

NG CHONG GENG & SONS SDN BHD' is seeking a Field Conductor to join our team in Taiping, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating field operations within our Oil Palm Plantation business.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and directing field crews to ensure efficient and effective execution of oil palm plantation activities
• Coordinating the deployment of equipment, resources and personnel to meet operational objectives
• Monitoring field conditions and adjusting plans as needed to address challenges and optimise productivity
• Liaising with management to provide updates on progress, issues and recommendations for improvement
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Experience in a field operations or supervisory role within the oil palm plantation or similar industry
