Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and trustworthy individuals to join our team as Field Account Officers for a microfinance company. This role involves field work, client visits, and assisting customers with their loan applications and payments. No prior experience required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet and assist clients within assigned areas
• Promote and explain the company's microfinance loan products
• Help clients with loan applications and document collection
• Monitor client accounts and provide payment reminders and follow-ups
• Build and maintain good relationships with community clients
• Submit daily or weekly field and collection reports

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With valid driver's license (motorcycle driving preferred)
