Field Director

The Spain Team Field Director is responsible for the ministry activities, OMS missionaries, national workers, legal, and public relations matters related to Spain. The field leader is tasked with building and leading a healthy team that carries out OMS mission ministries in alignment with the OMS ministry framework and the field's action plan. The field director ensures that their team receive pastoral care and member care, that they have a personal development plan and are growing professionally and spiritually.

Responsibilities

• Lead missionary team and collaborate with mission partners to accomplish OMS purposes in Spain.
• Represent the mission in all official and legal matters pertaining to the field.
• Promote, develop, and strengthen relationship between mission and church/partners.
