Diagnose and repair faults in PLC systems, including input/output modules, communication networks and control logic.

Maintain and troubleshoot Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems, including resolving system freezes, restarts and communication failures.

Diagnose and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) used in motors controlling conveyors, rollers and bucking unit rotation systems.

Perform electrical maintenance on motors, sensors, encoders, limit switches, solenoid valves, relays and control panels.

Support maintenance and troubleshooting of torque‑turn systems, ensuring accurate make‑up and break‑out operations.

Inspect, test and maintain electrical safety systems, including emergency stops, E‑stops, interlocks, alarms and protective devices.
