Field Engineer-QAQC

Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Engineer (QAQC) to support quality assurance and quality control activities on our construction sites. The role ensures that projects meet Red Oak Properties' standards, comply with specifications, and follow legal requirements. You will work under the guidance of a Project Engineer (QAQC).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing of site activities.
• Monitor Requests for Inspection (RFI), punchlists, and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Ensure construction drawings and specifications used on site are the latest revisions.
• Assist in audits and prepare related documentation.
• Compile inspection checklists and reports for management.
• Validate and support contractor progress billing.
