Field Engineer

Role Summary

We are hiring a Field Engineer to support telecom fiber projects on site. This is a hands-on role: site monitoring, coordinating crews, ensuring safety/quality compliance, and preparing daily updates with proper evidence. Fresh graduates are welcome—training will be provided for the right attitude and discipline.

This is a field role. Frequent site visits are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress daily and ensure work is completed according to plan and standards (OSP/fiber works).
• Coordinate site activities with crews/subcontractors, traffic management, and relevant stakeholders.
• Verify readiness before work starts (access, permits/approvals where applicable, tools/materials readiness).
• Conduct basic quality checks (workmanship, reinstatement, labeling, measurements, photo evidence).
• Support safety compliance: toolbox participation, basic safety checks, ensure site is safe to proceed. <...
