Field Engineer

Salary up to $2,900

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Contract: 1 year renewable contract - no bond

Working Location: Current at Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng in End of Dec 2024

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to our clientele and ensure that SLA commitments and requirements are met;
• Responsible for attending to incident calls and allocation of calls from the Helpdesk Team;
• Troubleshooting of Printer and Projectors

Requirements

• Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including equipment
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
• Mini. 1 year experience
