Our Role

This role is based at Graymont’s limestone quarrying and production facility in Attunga, NSW. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist provides professional HSE leadership and operational support across quarrying and processing activities.

The HSE Specialist is a key member of the Attunga leadership team and works collaboratively with plant employees, contractors, site management and regional HSE to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements through the effective application of Graymont’s safety and environmental management systems.

The role plays a critical part in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring environmental compliance, and driving continuous improvement aligned with Graymont values.
