Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Force Coordinator based in Lahore. The Field Force Coordinator will oversee and manage field operations, ensuring day-to-day efficiency and productivity of the field team. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating the schedules of the field force, tracking their performance, providing training and support as necessary, and ensuring optimal execution of sales strategies. The role also involves liaising between field staff and management to relay goals, feedback, and updates effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Management, Marketing or a related field.
02-03 Years of proven experience as a sales force coordinator within a Pharmaceutical Industr.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting.
