Job Description

What would be required in your role
Lead, supervise, and coordinate multiple field crews and subcontractors on various projects primarily throughout Alberta and Western Canada.
Ensure strict compliance with Koch-Glitsch Canada (KGC) and client environmental, health, and safety policies.
Plan and execute workflow directives to meet project schedules and ensure efficient and safe completion of work.
Oversee and support field activities, including construction, turnaround, and maintenance work on mass transfer process equipment.
Prepare and submit all required site documentation, reports, and communications in a timely manner.
Mentor and develop field personnel to uphold company standards and safety culture.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on-site using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
