This role requires a BSc in Geology and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will oversee drill sample logging, manage QA/QC processes, and coordinate essential rig operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a rotating work schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off, working in both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log drill chip samples into Fusion or GeoSpark
• Organize sample bags for upcoming drilling holes
• Conduct QA/QC checks for accurate sample collection
• Coordinate gyro surveys before removing rods
• Complete and maintain detailed shift logs
