Field Inventory Analyst

Job Description

The Inventory Audit Staff is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of store inventory through physical counts, audits, and reporting. The role supports inventory control, variance resolution, and store compliance based on company standards and system records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inventory counts at stores based on guidance from the Inventory Analyst and NetSuite remaining balances, ensuring alignment with the physical inventory worksheet.
• Prepare and update count sheets, including product names, barcodes, SRP, display columns, defective items, and remarks.
• Coordinate inventory counting activities with merchandisers and coordinators.
• Tally and reconcile physical counts against system records.
• Perform store readiness audits and prepare checklists and audit reports covering staff compliance, merchandise display, and store management.
