Field IT Support and Deployment Technician

Position Summary:
The Field IT Support & Deployment Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and regularly updating the company's offline system deployed on Windows-based laptop servers used in field operations. This role ensures that laptop servers, local network devices, printers, and field IT setups remain operational, updated, and verified before deployment to support uninterrupted operations in areas with limited or no internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offline System Installation, Testing & Deployment
- Install and deploy the company's offline application package on Windows laptop servers.- Perform pre-deployment verification and testing to confirm that the offline system is working properly before release.
