Field Manager in Driver Education Services

In your role, you will manage relationships with both contracted instructors and students, ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed. Your ability to analyze performance data and implement innovative solutions will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and driving the success of our driver education program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and select driving instructors for the program
• Manage and improve performance metrics for instructors
• Address and resolve student and parent complaints
• Collaborate with the educational leadership team on strategy
