Field manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of field-based representatives Ensure execution standards and KPIs are consistently met Conduct regular field accompaniments and coaching sessions Prepare and present performance reports to senior management Coordinate with clients on campaign execution and feedback Manage territory planning and resource allocation Drive recruitment and onboarding of field team members Resolve operational issues in the field promptly Requirements Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years experience in field sales management within FMCG Proven track record of managing and developing teams Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Experience in township and emerging market operations preferred Proficiency in MS Office and field reporting systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
