Field Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of field-based representatives
• Ensure execution standards and KPIs are consistently met
• Conduct regular field accompaniments and coaching sessions
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Coordinate with clients on campaign execution and feedback
• Manage territory planning and resource allocation
• Drive recruitment and onboarding of field team members
• Resolve operational issues in the field promptly

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in field sales management within FMCG
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
