The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Field Manager to lead our team of Field Technicians within our growing Energy and Utilities in the Telecommunications area of the business in Washdyke, Canterbury.

The primary purpose of the Field Manager role is to provide strong leadership to a team of Field Technicians, ensuring a motivated, high‑performing workforce that consistently meets our customer commitments. This includes overseeing technicians who operate across all telecommunications work streams Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), Mobile, and Essential Services (ES).
