Job Description

                    Perform ocular of foreclosed properties and repossessed vehicles, analyze market trends, negotiate, dispose and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
Process transfer of titles and executes others necessary related tasks of sales account
Request documents such as CTC, clearances and other related documents from BIR, RD, City Halls and other government agencies
Collect, notarize and submit all necessary documents needed, sales contract and other related transactions
With valid driver's license, can drive 4 wheels and motorcycle
Preferably has own motorcycle unit
