- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- SO management: Undertake regional sales targets, integrate internal and external resources for SO improvement, and store profit.
- Store operation: Implement store operation regulations, ensure stores onsite management, strengthen promoter service capabilities, old user's engagement, and improve consumer experience. Maintain good relationship with OIC and FL.
- Activity execution: Implement activities in stores and collaborate with Mall resources.
- Online traffic diversion: Maintain the content release on online platforms such as GMB and FB. Obtain online resources from Mall, divert foottrafic to stores and facilitate conversion; Off-duty time online sales
-Team management: manage promoter duty plan and attendance, target and PBC communication and daily follow-up; team meeting management
