Yamaha Motor Philippines is seeking a skilled Field Mechanic to join our team. As a Field Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our customers' Yamaha products. This is a full-time position that will allow you to utilize your technical expertise and passion for customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Implement and set-up global standards for Yamaha 3S shop service guidelines
• Collect service document, warranty claims, and warranty issues
• Support promotional event and lead service marketing activities for Yamaha dealers and customers
• Enhance customer service and develop high-quality staff for inspection and maintenance services
• Conduct market survey and contribute to product development
• Educate Yamaha shop dealers and staff on warranty procedures, service operation, and quality standards, including proper tools, equipment, and uniform
