Qualifications: Graduated of BS Marketing/Entrepreneurship/Management

Experience: At least 2-3 years work experience in activation , merchandising or marketing services, preferably in retail.

Job description

1. Planning with field sales & distribution.

2. CE creation & planning with in AMI Team.

3. Secure permit (Entry & Exit).
4. Overall supervision of the activity.

5. Post creation & discussion with field.

6. Gather summary of allocation fro distributors.

7. Monitor & follow-up of Nego Letters.

8. Branch allocation in WMS, Dispatch in WMS & Uploading of banding achievement in WMS.

9. Collation & sending of POEs to Unilever.
10. Verification of BARs before billing.
11. PO usage monitoring & uploading BARs to Gdrive.
12. Cascading of activities to Field Activations Supervisor.
