Field Merchandising Supervisor Tactical for 2 months

Job Responsibilities

• Briefs Refiller/s on the importance of following the merchandising guidelines set by the Client. Briefing includes correct shelf facing, product arrangement, POP Installation, Stock Rotation, inventory reporting, Pricing and other merchandising schemes.
• Ensures competence of all deployed refillers by setting work standards and policies that would ensure productivity minimal absences/tardiness and good working relationship with the account
• Evaluates performance of all refillers handled and immediately replaces incompetent refillers.
• Regularly and promptly submits required reports i.e., trade inventory, price surveys and other adhoc requirements.
• Coordinates with field personnel on merchandising issues and requirements in all accounts.
• Maintains a professional and credible relationship with all supervisors and managers of accounts assigned to him.
