Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Field Nurse responsible for providing post-operative care support, ensuring high-quality patient engagement, and representing HexaHealth at partner hospitals. This is a field-intensive role involving daily travel across hospitals in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct post-surgery visits to patients across hospitals and assess their recovery progress.
● Monitor vitals, wound healing, and overall condition, escalating concerns to doctors when necessary.
● Educate patients and caregivers on medication, hygiene, and post-operative care instructions.
● Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure seamless and continuous care.
