Job Description

How you'll help us achieve it
We are looking for field officers to manage product rollouts as we launch our business in one of these regions in Cameroon: Yaoundé, Bafoussam, or Maroua/Kaéle. You will also represent Wave, oversee our distribution and marketing, interact with and recruit users, and conduct interviews with individuals about their needs and concerns related to money transfer and financial services.

In this role, you'll: 
Identify and build a local agent network and guarantee the agent network is fully trained on applications, the contents of the contract before signing, rebalancing options, fraud management, etc.

Recruit target users and onboard them on the use of Wave products

Collaborate with Field Officers in different locations to progress the adoption of Wave products

Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements.
