Summary
CIWED Ghana is seeking a Field Officer to support community-level project implementation with a strong focus on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI).
Core Functions:
The role involves engaging communities, facilitating project activities, collecting and managing field data, and coordinating with local stakeholders and partners. The Field Officer will also support community mobilization, training, monitoring, safeguarding compliance, and accurate, timely reporting to ensure accountability and effective project delivery.
Reporting and Alignment:
The Field Officer will report directly to the GESI Manager and work closely with project teams to ensure all activities align with GESI principles and organizational standards.
