Field Operations Associate

Movin Wheels (Private) Limited is a technology-driven company focused on enhancing the day-to-day operations of shops through digital tools and process optimization. We are seeking a field-focused, execution-oriented professional to support shop owners, drive system adoption, and manage on-the-ground operations during a pilot phase.
This is a hands-on, field-based role involving direct interaction with shop owners across different localities of Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit shops in assigned areas
Onboard shop owners onto a digital operational system
Digitize shop data, including products, pricing, and stock
Train shop owners on daily operational workflows such as: Sales recording, Stock replenishment, Out-of-stock monitoring, Credit/customer account management, Basic sales and profit reporting
Provide continuous support and follow-ups during the pilot period
Monitor usage and collect operational feedback
