Field Operations Engineer

With over 100 installations across the Americas, they are recognized as an industry leader in robotics and automation. As Field Operations Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact with project managers, supply chain specialists, service program managers, suppliers, and customers. You'll team with internal functions to understand all the details of the system configuration and site dynamics. You'll work with internal and external resources to coordinate all aspects of a Robotic Systems deployment and maintenance at a customer site. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hardware components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques related to autonomous mobile robots.
