Field Operations Engineer

Role Overview
Serve as the on-site technical lead for robotic system deployments and support. Coordinate with project teams, vendors, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth installation, testing, and operations of autonomous robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise onsite contractors; ensure quality, safety, and timelines
Plan and execute site implementations, schedules, and resource coordination
Perform hardware inspections, system setup, and pre-deployment testing
Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing activities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues remotely and onsite
Document issues, fixes, and best practices
Deliver training to customers and service partners
Requirements
Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or automation installations
Strong coordination with customer operations, IT, and site teams
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills
