Field Operations Manager – Clinical Devices (APAC & US)

Job Description Coordinate deployment of patient-facing medical systems across hospitals and home care settings.
Lead the installation and activation of embedded devices and backend portals (cloud, mobile/web).
Ensure smooth connectivity setup (WiFi/Bluetooth) and troubleshoot device/network issues during field installations.
Maintain documentation and compliance aligned with international medical quality standards.
Provide front-line support and training to healthcare professionals and end-users.
Collaborate with regional partners and support overseas pilots and service delivery programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Allied Health.
Minimum 3 years in operational support or deployment of medical or IoT-based technology.
Working knowledge of connectivity protocols (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth) and cloud-based dashboards.
Experience working with healthcare clients across Asia is preferred.
