Field Operations Manager- Electrical

**Position Summary**

Responsible for leading field and shop operations to achieve gross profit plans through effective execution of project work. Additionally, owns final responsibility for all division trade related work in both the field and the fabrication facilities.

**Position Details**

+ Must maintain a strong working relationship with local unions which includes developing rapport with leadership of each area’s unions. Keeps current with all union contract changes and work with management to resolve any escalated issues.
+ Works closely with other division Field Operations leaders to learn best practices, (includes expertise and means/methods) and to assure all company field personnel are used effectively across all divisions. This also includes close peer-to-peer relationships and company-wide meeting participation.
