Field Operations Superintendent

The successful candidate will be a demonstrated team player with a strong operations background, hands‑on experience in Oil & Gas pumping operations, and known for their professionalism, strong leadership, and delivering consistent results. They will possess excellent communication and supervisory skills and be capable of implementing company safety and operating procedures. This is a varied and challenging role, balancing the supervision of day‑to‑day operations, employee training and competency, operations reporting, customer service, and health and safety, while fostering a great work environment consistent with company values.
