The
Field Operations Supervisor
supports the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and consistent retail operations across all stores. This role coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners to manage inventory, store performance, promotions, and operational execution. The position involves regular fieldwork, monitoring store standards, supporting launches and events, and helping implement operational systems and process improvements to achieve optimal store performance and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Report directly to the Operations Manager and help implement operational rules, systems, and process improvements.
