Hassyan Power Plant, in close coordination with the CCRO, operates valves, dampers and equipment, checks plant condition and isolates the equipment for maintenance work.

Control Room Operations

• Support CCRO in system configuration for local line up and isolation of equipment
• Monitoring and recording of local parameters (e.g. levels, pressure, temperatures of equipment, bearings, lube oils, etc.).
• Local monitoring of plant condition of equipment through observation, listening for abnormal sound, detecting vibrations, heat, etc. and reporting to CCR.
• Reporting any leakages of steam, water, oil, coal, ash, fuel gas, flue gas, air, etc.
• Manual operation of valves, dampers, equipment, etc.
• Ensuring the correct position of piping hangers and supports
• Checking for valves, safety valves, PRVs passing and reporting to CCR
