Field Operator

Position Overview

As a Field Operator at Xpress, you will be on the frontlines of ensuring drivers and vehicles are available, compliant, and delivering excellent service during your shift. You will directly support shift operations, manage driver queries, monitor attendance, and enforce compliance to achieve company KPIs.

This role is crucial in keeping cars on the road, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining zone discipline across our TNVS and taxi fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Attendance & Car Utilization

• Monitor daily driver attendance and ensure accurate time-in/time-out logging.
• Track car availability and usage to achieve ≥95% utilization of the active fleet.
• Coordinate with shift leads and support staff to maximize live cars on the road.

Driver KPI Compliance (Revenue Performance)

• Monitor and report driver earnings per shift.
