Field Printer Maintenance Engineer

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. Job Summary Essential Functions/Duties A Field Printer Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Performs tier 2 troubleshooting over the phone with customers to identify system faults and trends. Performs basic network troubleshooting and print server management. Responds to service calls on RICOH copiers, printers, and plotters at multiple sites.
