Field Project Coordinator - Middle East

We're seeking a Field Project Coordinator (Technical Sales) to join our team, working from our Dubai office, connecting our customers in the Middle East with ETC products. The role will not only require excellent communication and customer service skills, but also a technical knowledge and familiarity of ETC products as well as experience in entertainment lighting.

Representative Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Manager, with ETC dealers within the territory.
• Visits project sites, end users, and dealers
• Supports dealers and end users with equipment demonstrations
• Works with ETC Professional Services to define project requirements and design lighting systems for customers
• Coordinates sales calls & follows up on sales leads
• Conducts training seminars & demonstrates equipment
