Job responsibilities:

• Assist agents in developing expansion plans, provide business training and support, and help agents improve their market expansion capabilities.
• Track the sales of agents, analyze data and propose optimization plans to improve Market Share.
• Handle inquiries and complaints from agents, provide effective solutions, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
• Pay attention to industry trends and collect market information.
• Participate in the company's marketing activities to enhance brand influence and promote the development of agency business.
