Main tasks

Field quality topic steering:
• Ensure all field issues are properly steered & tracked within corresponding CIRTs
• Ensure all top field issues status updated in regular quality reports and properly arranged for related committees

Speed-up issue resolution with Quality perspective
• Deep dive the field quality issue with all data from quality data for issue status and possible trend analysis
• Support CIRT with all necessary info for issue resolution
• Make judgment based on it for possible further escalation, and define proper stakeholders, and related quality committee arrangement
