Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk hiring, particularly in the South India region, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple regional languages. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting resources (surveyors) who can conduct door to door interviews within various districts Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates in various districts across India. Conduct recruitment drives and collaborate with local teams to identify hiring needs and strategies for field force recruitment. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
